At Bloomica, we strive to provide healthy and quality plants/products to our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products under the conditions mentioned below.
Customers may request a return or replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Only new products are eligible for return.
- The product should not be damaged due to customer mishandling.
Live Plant Replacement Policy
For live plants, replacement or refund requests are accepted only if:
- The plant is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- An uncut unboxing video is shared on the same day of delivery.
Without proper proof, replacement/refund requests may not be approved.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
Exchange approval will be based on product condition and verification by our support team.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise approved by our support team.
Return Label
Customers must download and print the return label if required for the return process.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 20 days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Healthy live plants delivered in good condition
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Requests made after the 10-day return window
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
